Anne is a Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of StoryFlight Labs, PBC. She is a professional storyteller, theatre designer, artist, and educator. Anne brings more than 3 decades of experience in the professional theater and higher education. Throughout her career, she has focused on leading innovative collaborations which have brought live storytelling to life through uncommon partnerships. She appreciates investigating the common human experience through uncommon lenses and is dedicated to inquiry driven leadership and practice.

Hannah Mormer leads strategic partnerships and growth at StoryFlight Labs expanding access to our communication and storytelling platforms across health care, non-profit, and public services clients and channels.

Hannah joined StoryFlight Labs in May 2026 from Advanced Optronics, a Carnegie Mellon University spinout, focused on medical device technology where she managed regulatory strategy, operations and fundraising. Her work at StoryFlight Labs centers on building the institutional relationships that bring Talk to Me, Goose! into the hands of the people, families, clinicians, and caregivers who need them most.

David Betts is one of the company’s Founders and serves as Chairperson of the Board of Directors for StoryFlight Labs. Prior to his diagnosis with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), David spent the better part of 22 years with Deloitte Consulting LLP, retiring as a Principal in early 2026. He is a health care strategist, public health leader, innovator, and advocate whose career has been defined by a commitment to improving systems that shape people’s lives. Over more than two decades in consulting and leadership roles, he has helped organizations navigate complex transformation, with a particular focus on healthcare, public health, and the practical application of innovation to expand access, resilience, and to drive human-centered outcomes. From 2013 to 2021, David built and led the Customer Experience practice within the Health Care sector for Deloitte Consulting, and from 2021 until his retirement, he was the National Public Health Transformation Leader for the State, Local and Higher Education Sector.

Paul joined the Board of Directors for StoryFlight Labs in May 2026 after a distinguished career as a Principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP. He brings over 40 years of experience as a business leader, management consultant, and board member. As a former Vice Chair at Deloitte, Paul was responsible for leading the US Industrial Products business, driving rapid growth within one of the firm’s most dynamic sectors. In addition to his firm leadership roles, Paul sat on the Deloitte Foundation Board supporting the work of the Foundation while providing mission-based leadership and strategic governance guidance.  Paul also sits on the boards of JumpStart Inc (focused on connecting entrepreneurs to needed resources), University Circle Inc (UCI) and the Peninsula Foundation.  Paul has been recognized by both the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and Carnegie Mellon University as someone deeply passionate about the causes he is committed to. Paul’s passion for supporting the growth of small businesses, mentoring leaders, and driving impact makes him an invaluable addition to the Board of Directors for a mission-driven business like StoryFlight Labs.
