Tessa Douglas is the Business Development Summer Intern at StoryFlight Labs, PBC. She is a current MBA candidate at Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business. Tessa brings a background in theater, education, and operations, and has built inclusive, people-centered programs, supported creative teams, and improved organizational systems.
